The above rates are applicable for rentals at your event. If you require a rental for use before or after the event, please speak with a Scootaround operator prior to booking.

  • Advance reservations close the day before the event start date. After the event start date, rental requests will be handled on a walk-up basis, subject to equipment availability. Guarantee your equipment by booking early!
  • Two forms of coverage are offered at an additional cost; Equipment Protection and Cancellation Protection.
  • Rental rates are subject to change based on availability. Guarantee your rates by booking early!
  • Certain cities may require a minimum 3-day rental and/or an additional delivery fee if a hotel delivery is involved - please inquire when booking.
  • Your equipment may be taken offsite as required with the full daily rate applying regardless of time the equipment is returned the following day (e.g. If you rent a scooter on Monday and return it Tuesday at noon, a 2-day charge will apply). If a scooter is taken offsite overnight, you (the customer) will be responsible for charging the equipment and you will also need to purchase Equipment Protection and Cancellation Protection.

Equipment Pickup Location

Scootaround Operates out of two locations at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The first booth is located in the Central Business Center at the West side of Hall C1 in the North building.  The second booth is located in the South Business Center at the West side of Hall S1 in the South building.

Directions from McCarran Airport:

Drive East on Wayne Newton Blvd. (which will become S Swenson St.) then turn left onto E Harmon Ave. Turn right onto Paradise Road and drive approx. 1.6 Miles to the convention center.


Rental Guidelines

Your electric scooter is a state-of-the-art device designed to increase your mobility and enhance your travel experience. Please be aware that the correct care and operation of the scooter is your responsibility. If you are unsure how to operate the scooter, please ask your Scootaround representative for assistance prior to operating the vehicle. If you are unfamiliar with operating the scooter in crowded areas such as a convention or a tradeshow, please take some added time to practice the safe operation of the vehicle. Here are some further points to consider:

• Always use added caution when driving in a crowded area.
• Equipment must not be used in wet or muddy areas.
• Equipment must not be driven on sharp inclines or declines.
• Scooter and Powerchair users must be 18 years or age or older.
• Operation of the equipment by persons other than the assigned renter is prohibited.
